Del Aram is a Science and anatomy based yoga and somatic movement teacher, applied psychology coach, meditation teacher and sufi philosophy expert of Persian origin.
She focuses on waking up the body awareness through intelligence sequences of natural, integrated and somatic movements in her methods of teaching and in her classes. Blessed as a human being, she was born into a yogi family, learning hindu philosophy and the art of living, since the first days of her life. Deeply interested in self-wisdom, she started to acquire knowledge in philosophy classes from the age of nine. She completed courses in clinical psychology and cognition of The Inner Child, The Nine personality types of Enneagram and continued to attend classes on Travel To The Beyond, Sheikh Ishraq, and the interpretation of the Bhagavad Gita until the age of 16 in Iran. Then traveled to India to learn more. She studied yoga for 5 years in different schools and styles in the land of yoga.

Del Aram has been teaching yoga since the age of 17 and started teaching teachers training courses in Iran at the age of 20. She was the first person in Iran to teach Astanga Vinyasa Yoga and worked with the most prestigious schools all across the country. She also held kids yoga teacher trainings, international courses, workshops, regular classes and retreats in Nepal, Turkey, India, Serbia and Poland.
